made under pressure,
As I'm growing and entering the next dimension of myself personally and in God, it seems to feel like an extra dose of opposition is coming at me.
The pressure can seem so high that it tries to convince me that I'm not equipped to handle what is happening in or around me and diminish the progress i’m making.
I catch myself questioning my direction in life and if I can really handle this.
I often forget that new levels and deeper faith in God require me to have opportunities for my faith to be tested with new devils.
James 1:2–4 says that when difficulties come, consider it pure joy because when our faith is tested, our endurance can grow if we allow it to.
Even though my current situations are stretching me, is painful, and struggles don’t feel good, it produces a mature faith, endurance, and a version of the self that lacks nothing.
Strengthening my strongest assest, my mind, speaking these good words to myself, i’m fine your’e fine.
Let the tests of times prove that God has chosen me, just for this moment, just for these trials because He knows me.
It is meant for me to be tried and developed, it is the only way to become more like Jesus.
It starts with strengthening my mind to think more like Jesus, and that’s acting on love, just, courage, confidence and stewardship.
I’m not my own, I belong to Him so I have to be strengthen to be like Him.
I’m also made to serve so, I must consider others above me, helping others, giving to others, to those in need.
Having the characteristics of Jesus shows strength and power and will lead to a peacful eternity.
One of the most beautiful gems the world has, the gem that is used for engagements and wedding rings, the gem that lasts forever and the gem that shines the brightest, comes from the dirt, a diamond.
Such as gold, diamonds come to it’s most beautiful standard after being redefined, through fire, through the blaze and then left to be gorgeous and solid, admired and full of value.
It seems that most of the pressure will actually be after the fire and refinement, because now I have to handle the glow and light of God that is now in me.
Now I have to walk with that authority and precious value.
Now i’m like Jesus.
Diamonds and gold are made under pressure, but the authority of being God’s child brings freedom forever, that’s worth it.
“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down but not destroyed.”
